CENTURY 21 Town and Country Real Estate Services is proud to announce that highly-respected REALTOR®, Geoff Smathers has joined the company. Geoff has been practicing real estate since 1997. During that time, Geoff has received numerous commendations for his success in the real estate industry.
In 1998, Prudential Preferred Realty in Pittsburgh, PA named Geoff its “Rookie of the Year.” In 1999, Prudential Preferred Realty awarded Geoff its prestigious “President’s Circle” award. In 2003 and 2004, RE/MAX Select Realty presented Geoff with its “100% Club” award. Before accepting his new position with CENTURY 21 Town & Country Real Estate Services, Geoff was the lead New Construction agent for Achieve Realty on a residential development in Butler Township. Geoff is very modest about the recognition he has received. Geoff recently said, “My greatest satisfaction is in serving my clients best interests.”
Geoff is born and raised in Gibsonia, PA and has recently moved to Adams Township, Butler County. After graduating from Washington and Jefferson College in 1992, he returned to Gibsonia to run his family real estate investment business and soon realized that his experience and passion for real estate investing would enable him to become an exceptional real estate agent. He is a member of the Rich-Mar Rotary, Butler Country Club, Treesdale Country Club and the Aircraft Owner and Pilots Association.
Geoff’s geographic area of focus includes: Northern Allegheny County and all of Butler County. He is also heavily involved in marketing CENTURY 21 Town & Country’s New Construction residential developments in Cranberry Township and Hampton Township.
Geoff and his wife Jacqueline are proud parents of three children, Rome, Olivia and Lindsey. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, flying, and real estate investing.
